All of our products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. For this reason, our products are not eligible for cancellation or return under the right of withdrawal.

1. Made-to-Order Products
   • Once an order has been placed and production has started, order cancellations, returns, or refunds are not accepted.
   • Please review all product details, sizes, and specifications carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
   • We gladly assist customers in the following situations:
   • The item arrives damaged during shipping.
   • The wrong item was sent.
   • The item has a manufacturing defect.
   • If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
   • To help us evaluate the issue, you may be asked to provide photos of the product and packaging.
   • If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item free of charge or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
