At SteelCraftArt, all of our products are made to order. For this reason, the shipping process begins after the production phase is completed.

   • All orders are sent to production after payment confirmation.
   • The average production time is 2–5 business days.
2. Shipping & Delivery
   • Orders are shipped using the most suitable shipping carrier for the destination country.
   • While UPS is our primary shipping provider, alternative carriers may be used for countries where UPS service is not available.
   • Once the order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided whenever available.

   • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping carrier.
   • Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. SteelCraftArt is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, official inspections, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
